Nexus works across residential, hospitality and commercial property in London. We take projects on as a contractor, we advise clients independently as a project consultant, and we help construction businesses tighten up how they run.
The practice is deliberately small. The person who prices the work is the person who runs it on site and sees it through to final account. Delivery is resourced through an established supply chain of trades and specialist subcontractors, so the size of the practice does not limit the size of the job.
What we do
Full turnkey projects and individual packages — as main contractor, as subcontractor, or on a specialist works basis. We also deliver architects’ and designers’ schemes for their clients, with the detail built as drawn.

Behind the practice is more than twenty years on every side of a construction project: on the tools as a carpenter, then managing sites, projects and operations for main contractors. Working developer-side on large residential schemes, and representing clients as their project manager.
Most construction businesses have seen one of those. That range is why problems tend to get caught early — while they are still cheap to fix.
Level 7 qualified in construction senior management, with accredited site management and health & safety training. Public liability and professional indemnity insurance in place, certificates on request.
